ITT Systems Corporation provides multiple award solutions for systems integration, communications, engineering, technical and logistics services for customer missions worldwide. ITT Systems can provide innovative and responsive logistics support to meet the growing mission requirement needs of U.S. DOD and Government customers.

Using an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) or applicable General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contract can be the optimal solution. These types of contracts enable our customers to tailor fit ID/IQ support task orders to their unique requirements. You can buy what you want, when you want it, and where you want it. ID/IQ Program Management Office

ITT Systems is an approved DOD ID/IQ prime contractor or subcontractor on a number of ID/IQ contracts. Operating as an integrated business support activity within our division, the ID/IQ Program Management Office (PMO) offers a full range of services that will assist you in accomplishing your mission. The ID/IQ PMO and our functional area subject matter experts are solution providers who will work with you to ensure your requirements are met — price, timeliness of response, staffing, quality, and performance.

IDIQ Contract Vehicles

AFCAP III

Allows USAF customers to contract for contingency services worldwide. Scope includes ATC, transient alert servicing, power production, supply activities, logistics and forward operating location construction and O&M.

SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e)

SeaPort-e made electronic procurement of Engineering, Technical and Programmatic support services at NAVSEA a reality. The Navy Virtual SYSCOM (VS) Commanders (NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP and SPAWAR) have decided to leverage the successes and efficiencies of the SeaPort-e business model by designating SeaPort-e the vehicle of choice for future Engineering, Financial, and Program Management contractor support services, implementing cost-effective and integrated business practices to better support our Navy.

FIRST

Provides responsive logistics support to meet the evolving needs of Army warfighters, and all who support them. The program will provide contractor support services to satisfy the requirements of Headquarters, Forces Command (HQ FORSCOM); Headquarters, Installation Management Agency Southeast Region Office (IMA SERO); Headquarters, U.S. Army Reserve Command (HQ USARC); Headquarters, ARCENT Third U.S. Army, and Headquarters, U.S. First Army. Other Army and DoD Agencies may obtain support on an as-approved basis.

DACS

performs technical area tasks (TATs) to meet specific user requirements for scientific and technical information (STI) in the following areas: evaluation of conventional and non-traditional software technology techniques; application of techniques to identified problems; evaluation of problem requirements; evaluation of economic impact; production process development and improvement; support of acquisition decisions, technology specifications and standards; model development and evaluation; architecture development and evaluation; quality control measurement techniques; metrics and measurement evaluation and support; evaluation of and support for interoperability techniques; training and technology transfer; data analysis; and security considerations.

CECOM Rapid Response (CR2)

CR2 is a contract to execute a unique, competitive, streamlined business process that will allow U S Federal Government managers to acquire contractor-provided equipment and services to include R&D, systems integration and systems engineering, and logistics support as well as many other areas.

VA Global Information Technology Support Services (GITSS)

GITSS is a contract to provide IT and telecommunications support services. ITT is a sub to MacAuley-Brown. GITSS is your contract solution for acquiring any IT-related service, at the best prices and terms available in government. IT-related products may be acquired under GITSS to the extent that those products are necessary to deliver the services required. The contract is available for use by all Government agencies.

GSA Logworld

As a prime schedule holder, ITT provides expertise to agencies to help in reinventing their supply chains, acquiring logistics support for a product or system, modify its transportation network, supplement its deployment capabilities, and more.

GSA Schedule 70

As a prime, ITT provides federal agencies with Information Technology (IT) and Telecommunications hardware, software, and professional services.

World-Wide Satellite Systems (WWSS)

The WSSS Program provides an integrated capability to satisfy the Department of Defense’s and other United States government Agencies global requirements for state-of-the-art satellite terminals services.

CONUS Support Base Services (CSBS)

CSBS is a multiple award contract to provide relief to Reserve Component (RC) soldiers. Tasks can include: Plans, Training, and Mobilization, Security, Human Resources, Finance, Material Management and Supply Services, Movements to include APOD and SPOD support, Equipment Readiness and Maintenance, Billeting and Facilities, Information Management. Other tasks as required by the Installation or deploying Commander.

ITES-2S

Support the Army’s enterprise architecture and LANDWARNET network goals with a full range of innovative, world class information technology support services and solutions information technology (IT). It is anticipated that the ITES-2S solutions will enhance the Army Net-operations/Net-centric capabilities and holistically support the Army customers, with a goal of providing a common look and feel for Army applications at all levels of both the strategic and tactical Army enterprise. The solutions provided will be in compliance with existing DoD, and Department of Army standardization and interoperability policies, and will enhance Army capabilities by supporting implementation and partnering in the implementation of NETCOM’s Networthiness program.

IMOD

A ten-year multiple award ID/IQ contract providing the full range of IT services to the Army and all Defense Department agencies. It includes a scope that is capable of seamlessly integrating voice, data, inside/outside cable plant and/or transmission products and services into a single integrated communications system. Site preparation, modifications and upgrades as well as initial logistics support to include training, spares and various warranties are also included in the scope.

Network-Centric Solutions (NETCENTS)

ITT is teamed with Telos Corporation to provide the Air Force, the Department of Defense, and other federal agencies Information Technology (IT) services including networking equipment, system engineering, installation, integration, operations and maintenance. ITT will provide expertise in satellite and microwave communications, OCONUS task orders and worldwide depot maintenance.

GSA Millennia Lite

ITT is a sub to FC Business Systems in Functional Area 3. ITT can meet all your worldwide information technology requirement needs in Mission Support Services.

GSA ANSWER

Applications Support for Widely-diverse End User Requirements) Multiple-award, IDIQ contract that provides IT solutions that deliver the best value and innovation to support client missions worldwide. ITT is partnered with ISS.

GMASS

US Army Field Support Command vehicle repair task orders.

Focused Sustainment

Focused Sustainment support contract is to provide the Army and other government agencies, with the means to immediately respond to critical missions required to sustain the high OPTEMPO faced by our forces. This TACOM Task Order contract can support all U S government agencies worldwide using TACOM equipment, including organizations in the field Army throughout the world.

Commercial SATCOM Terminal Program (CSTP)

CSTP provides DoD and other Government users with access to a full spectrum of commercially available SATCOM services and products such as fixed, deployable, VSAT and mobile terminals. The CECOM goal is to provide a one-stop shop for customers needing satellite earth terminals.

DSTS-G – Defense Information Systems Network (DISN) Satellite Transmission Services-Global

DSTS-G is a DISA contract which provides a vehicle for DoD, Federal Agencies and other DoD authorized users to obtained Fixed Satellite Services bandwidth and other commercial Satellite services. ITT is a sub to Arrowhead.

USSTRATCOM SYSTEMS AND MISSIONS SUPPORT (USAMS)

USAMS is a multiple award, task order contract available to USSTRATCOM and all subordinate and supporting agencies and component commands. ITT provides a wide variety of services and support using competitive GSA rates.

DESP II

DESP II provides for technical and administrative requirements necessary to create and implement a program to provide design and engineering/technical support services for the DoD mission weapon systems, components, and support equipment (including engineering design, integration, system modifications, limited manufacturing, activities to support process analysis and improvements for maintenance/repair operations.

TEIS

Provides information technology (IT) engineering and technical support. Includes the design, engineering, integration, development, sustainment, installation, testing, and acceptance of information systems.

Strategic Services Sourcing (S3)

Provide the Army’s command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) community with expertise across a broad range of life-cycle services to meet rapidly changing and often unpredictable mission requirements. Services CSC will provide include systems engineering; research and development; software development, sustainment and support; program management and analysis; business functions; supply chain management; logistics; technical field assistance; test and evaluation; modeling and simulation; information operations/assurance support; facilities management; and administrative services in conjunction with new and existing systems, families of systems, platforms and C-E LCMC commodity items.
